Your product is great. Why do deals keep dragging?

You don’t have a product problem. You have a “why you?” problem.

For Series A–C B2B tech founders and product teams. I uncover why you win, then turn it into website & sales messaging that make buyers get it and choose you.

Look.

You spent months (maybe years) building something that actually works. The architecture is elegant. The product solves a real, painful headache.

Then you put up a website and a pitch deck.

And what do they say?

“The unified, AI-driven, end-to-end agile orchestration paradigm designed to accelerate digital velocity across hybrid enterprise environments.”

Come on.

Nobody talks like that. Nobody buys like that. And worst of all: any founder can prompt ChatGPT to generate that in 10 seconds.

An enterprise buyer landing on your site or sitting on a first discovery call is busy, distracted, and skeptical.

Immediately, both your technical champion and the VP signing the check want answers to three brutal questions:

1.What broken workflow or manual script does this actually replace?
2.What is the hard executive ROI (revenue, risk, or headcount) if we buy now?
3.Why should we buy you, instead of a spreadsheet, an internal build, or the 5 other tools out there?

I help you get that right.

Positioning & Messaging for B2B Tech

I'm Marc. I've spent the last 7 years in the trenches of B2B tech. Mostly leading product marketing at Collibra for different products and building joint go-to-market narratives with partners at Databricks, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, and SAP.

My day-to-day is launching complex enterprise software across the US and EMEA, getting product, sales reps, and executives to stop speaking different languages and start selling the exact same story.

Along the way, I learned a brutal truth: the best product doesn't win. The clearest one does. So now I help technical founders explain what their software does in plain words a buyer can actually repeat to their boss.

I work alone, taking on 2 clients at a time. When you hire me, you get me.

What fixing your narrative looks like

Here's the kind of repositioning I do. Same product. Different commercial framing.

Before (AI-generated category fluff)

The unified observability platform for modern cloud-native teams.

After (Grounded in buyer pain)

Find the line of code that broke production in 3 seconds before it impacts your SLA.

The first one describes a generic software category. The second connects the engineer's 2am pain ("find the line of code") to the VP's budget trigger ("protect the SLA").

Why AI and generalist copywriters can't fix this

ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini hand you and your competitors the exact same generic words.

Most freelance copywriters don't know an API from a webhook. Explain a multi-stakeholder B2B enterprise sales cycle and their eyes glaze over.

Agencies can charge five figures for a strategy deck you still have to turn into sales copy.

I find out why your buyers actually buy, then put it in words your sales team can repeat.

Check if we're a fit ↓

Who I work with (and who should stay away)

Because I only work with 2 clients at a time, I filter hard for fit.

A great fit if:
  • • You're a Series A–C B2B tech company with real technical IP.
  • • You're expanding into US/EU enterprise deals or preparing a raise.
  • • You're willing to introduce me to 4–6 customers to get the truth.
  • • You can make decisions fast without a 12-person committee.
Don't hire me if:
  • • You just want someone to write blog posts or social media copy.
  • • You love buzzwords like "synergy" and "omnichannel empowerment".
  • • You want a 60-page strategy PDF instead of a working sales deck.
  • • You expect a full-time agency embedded in your Slack 40 hours a week.
Sounds like you? See how we'd work together ↓

How we work & what it costs

I don't bill by the hour. Hourly billing rewards people for being slow.

You get a fixed scope, a fixed deadline, and a fixed price.

What to do next

Tell me a bit about your company and where deals are stalling. I read every message myself and reply within 1 business day. If I can help, I'll suggest the option that fits. If not, I'll say so frankly and point you in the right direction.

Which option?

Questions founders ask

How fast can we start?+

I work with 2 clients at a time, alongside my full-time enterprise PMM role. If a slot is open, the Messaging Audit starts within a week and the Positioning Sprint within two.

What if we can't give you access to our customers for interviews?+

Customer interviews are part of the Positioning Sprint, so I need to talk to 4–6 of your customers. It's easier than it sounds: each one is a 20-minute "product feedback" call, and I give you a zero-pressure 3-sentence email template that works almost every time. If your customers are strictly off-limits, start with the Messaging Audit instead. It doesn't need customer access.

What do you need from us to start the Messaging Audit?+

Very little: a 15-minute fit call, then your website, the sales deck you use on first calls, 2–3 recent outbound emails and a short questionnaire. No 40-page briefs.

Do you design the slides or code the website?+

No—and that's how we finish in 4 weeks for a fraction of an agency fee. I deliver wireframed copy and narrative structure in Notion, Google Docs, and Google Slides. Your designer or developer can ship it in days.

Do you offer special rates for VC portfolio companies?+

Yes. I partner with select Barcelona and European B2B VCs and accelerators. Mention your fund or Platform Lead when reaching out for preferred portfolio diagnostic rates.
